Interview
2004 added the BIKER Alliance e.V. a new Outfit, more professionally than old persons and grow themselves from month to month at information. Top topic was up to now the article for helmet release with the forms to the medical certificate, the specializedmedical certificate and a sample of a special permission
We held a conversation with Sid, the Presi of the BIKER Allianz e.V.
Conni/BA: How did it come to these forms to helmet release ?
Sid: I drive for nearly 4 years without helmet. After all the Stories which I can tell about the police, to wild pursuits, putting on driver and, I wanted to give all those to motorradfahrer the possibility, would like to experience this Feeling gladly without punishing notes.
Conni/BA: Pursuits ? One knows details experienced...?
Sid: Naturally! In water castle at the Inn (Bavaria, Ldk: Rose home a.d.Red) I suddenly pursued by a turning police car with siren. Conni/BA: Was a procedure introduced ?
Sid: Yes, after approx. 1 week called a civil servant with me, asked me again whether I would not like a confession placing. Approximately again after one week I got the second call. The Mrs., the alleged witness, could not itself any longer exactly to it errinnern to the characteristic and/or to the driver. Later I got a letter from the public prosecutor's office that the procedure was stopped because of traffic endangerment.
Conni/BA: And all this only because of driving without helmet ?
Sid: Yes ! Unbelievably which from a nullity with an irregularity of 40 DM (20 €) everything can become. I thought live in a constitutional state instead of in a banana republic. Now place yourself times to one forwards with the so-called bad, criminal-assessed Biker and Rocker.
Conni/BA: Therefore does the initiative of you come with the BIKER Allianz ?
Sid: Yes. Rage over the way of the treatment of the police opposite me, as bad Biker. Conni/BA: Which goals have you ?
Sid: From the own difficulties and experiences with the police and the authorities a concrete approach place to become for questions and information of any art. in addition as former Member and Secretary of a MCs and the many associated attendance at the other clubs I know various problems. , Kontrolllen strengthened permission of club parties with the Rallys etc. See for this our WebSite.
Conni/BA: What makes it differently and/or wants it differently to make ?
Sid: We do not want to be a classical association in the conventional sense. But we do not have so far also the budgets, but we use our possibilities over the InterNet and/or locally the personal contacts.
Connie/BA: How does the Biker have to imagine your work ?

be achieved over night. We work hard, but steadily to. Otherwise we carry much out, if one considers, how little we spend on it. Ok one, we could
also not do this at present.
Rage arises, if one sees which a larger organization affords: Own personnel, own office, expenditures for (extraordinary) HVs and greases incomes from
the Biker Weekends. Straight ones where also allegedly as much to do want for the security of the Biker. But at the comparison of MEHRSi e.V.,
one sees clear that during this so-called largest interest agency too much on the paper stands, but few Angagement and still fewer acts behind to put. Dangerous
places on Bikerstrecken in the Eifel with Unterfahrschutz at guard rails for Biker are all successes of MEHRSi e.V. Class work!!!
Conni/BA: How did the number of members develop ?
Sid: At the beginning of very good, then a depression came and then arose the grind with us, if the people forget or move their contributions to pay and no contact contacts are more present. Therefore we will change the statute and will adapt the structure, so that we differentiate into active and passive members. With the passive members the membership ends then automatically with the attitude of the contributions. Thus it gives to then carry out also for no clerical works. The active member communicates us, where and how it can bring in itself with us. We are differently, even no usual association.
Conni/BA: Otherwise still which will change in your statute ?
Sid: Yes, we become quasi non-profit that is called we become under § 10 dissolution the entire part of the property of the association to an organization to donate.
Conni/BA: May one experienced to which organization ?
Sid: Yes! To the gemeinuetzigen association, MEHRSi e.V. - security for Biker. This uses itself actively for the Unterfahrschutz at guard rails with the type Euskirchen. In the Eifel in North-Rhine/Westphalia this protection for Biker was already installed.
Conni/BA: What are in next time for plans ?
Sid: We not greatly about plans or visions will talk, but only about that here and now and which we will make at present. This we regard as Bringschuld, in order to create a basis with that it will be possible to sit a daily with the MCs at a table and decide on it, what we can still together undertake for our rights, for our scene and for the well-being of all Biker, Rocker & Outlaws.
